We had an excellent stay; the riad is incredible, it feels like home, and it's beautifully decorated. The staff is very kind, discreet, and always available—truly lovely. We opted for the breakfast package, and it was very generous and delicious. We were scheduled to leave for a hot air balloon ride on the second day at 5 a.m. from the riad, and the owner kindly offered to leave coffee, tea, juice, and biscuits for us so we could have breakfast before our activity. We also had dinner there one evening, and everything was excellent. By choosing a stay at L'Écrin, you also have access to Ryad La Brillante (just a short walk away) and its superb, calm, and relaxing pool. Thank you for this perfect stay; we recommend it 100%! If you're going to stay in a riad in Marrakech, this should be it. It's spotlessly clean, and the decor is understatedly magnificent. Aladin and Hisham are incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly people. We were very lucky to have met them. Breakfast on the terrace is plentiful and very enjoyable. The riad's unique aromas and music are very impressive. The treats are wonderful. You don't need to look for another riad!

L’Écrin is a hidden gem in Marrakech, where tradition and modern comfort meet in the most elegant way. The design captures the soul of Moroccan craftsmanship while offering all the refinement of a contemporary boutique hotel. My room was stunning — spacious, calm, and filled with details that make you feel at home. What impressed me most was the architectural touch of a skylight above the bathtub, flooding the space with natural light and creating a serene, almost magical atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can disconnect from the bustle of the city while still feeling connected to its spirit. A perfect balance of authenticity and sophistication, and a stay I’ll always remember.
