Top stay in Marrakech. Very authentic and the hospitality by the staff was very welcoming and warm. Felt really looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Also the breakfast was top, but unfortunately didn't get the chance to try on the rooftop due to bad weather.
We have stayed in dar les cicognes for four days. Since the first moment all the staff has been wonderful to us, they were always avalable to every request we made . The riad it is located just few minutes by walk from the medina(so is a good position to live the true marrakesh). The kitchen also is very good, i have founded the best briwate in all marrakesh(i also asked for the recepie to the manager). Heartfelt thanks by all Filabozzi’s family. Shukran!
Dar Les Cigognes doesn't look like much from the outside but is a beautiful warren-like 400 year old riad inside. We had a very warm welcome from Hayat, the manager and both she and Hajiba the concierge were friendly and looked after us well throughout our 5 day stay. The rooms were great - we had two next to each other for a family of five. The riad was really cool, dark and peaceful inside which is the perfect antidote to the chaotic city. The roof terrace is beautiful and you can sunbathe or sit in the shade under a parasol surrounded by amazing plants and with a stunning view of the snowy Atlas Mountains. We had a hammam and massage which were good and also a cookery lesson which was enjoyable.
Dar Les Cigognes has the most welcoming and warm staff -- I immediately felt at home. This hotel is both stunningly beautiful and soothing. It was the perfect place to replenish after hiking in the Atlas Mountains and walking around bustling Marrakech. I would return here without hesitation. I cannot over-emphasize how much the people at Dar Les Cigognes contributed to my cherished experience. I highly recommend dining at the hotel and getting a massage there, too.
Amazing stay at Dar Les Cigognes! Hayat was fantastic — she reached out before my trip, arranged my airport transfer, and even checked in early in the morning to make sure I arrived safely. The riad is in a great location and has such a calm, welcoming vibe. The staff were all wonderful — super friendly and attentive to every little thing I needed. Definitely recommend having dinner there — the food was incredible! I truly felt like part of the family during my stay. Would 100% recommend Dar Les Cigognes to anyone visiting Marrakech.
