Explore the desert of Morocco on a 3-day trip from Marrakech. Admire the famous historic Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, take an incredible Quad Bike and camel trek through the dunes and witness a breathtaking sunset and sunrise from the heart of the desert. Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi n'Tichka – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Valley of Roses – Tinghir Your desert adventure from Marrakech to the dunes of Merzouga begins early in the morning with pickup from your hotel or scheduled meeting point. You will head east through picturesque villages to the majestic High Atlas Mountains. Along the way, take advantage of breaks to take scenic photos, stretch your legs, and enjoy an invigorating cup of coffee. After crossing the famous Tizi N'Tichka pass, stop at the fascinating Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a fortified Berber village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will have around 2.5 hours to explore this history-steeped place, known for its appearances in famous films such as Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and Kingdom of Heaven. After a delicious lunch, continue your journey to Tinghir passing through Ouarzazate, the oasis of Skoura, Kalaat M'Gouna and Dades. Arrived in Tinghir, settle in the hotel, then enjoy a pleasant dinner before resting for the night. Day 2: Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Tinjdad – Erfoud – Dunes of Merzouga After breakfast, set sail for the Sahara desert, specifically the fascinating Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. Along the way, you will pass through charming Berber villages, including the impressive Gorges du Todra, Tenghir, Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud. Once you arrive in Merzouga, take some time to relax before getting ready for a quad bike through the majestic sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Arrived at luxury camp, drop off the quads and walk to the highest dunes to watch a spectacular sunset. Spend the night in royal tents under a starry sky, lulled by the sounds of drums in the heart of the sahara. Day 3: Camel trek – Sunrise – Tinghir – Valley of Roses – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech Get up early so you don't miss the unforgettable sight of the sunrise over the desert. After a delicious breakfast, get back on your camel to return to Merzouga. Then, begin your journey back to Marrakech passing through Kalaat M'Gouna, also known as the Valley of Roses, where you can stop for lunch and enjoy a well-deserved rest. Then continue your journey through Ouarzazate to reach Marrakech, where you will arrive at your hotel in the evening, with memories of this extraordinary getaway in your head.Includes
