Now, you can take it a step further and learn how to cook these delectable dishes to try out when you get home. The 6-hour excursion offers a complete immersion in Moroccan home cooking. In a lovely countryside setting, you will learn how to cook a traditional meal and how to mix fabulous Moroccan drinks. At the end of the day, you will get to taste the fruits of your labor. After a morning pick-up from your chosen Marrakech location, you will be driven to a local market to purchase all the fabulous stuffs you need for cooking (vegs, spices, fruits, special and magical ingredients). Then, after a few minutes extra driving, yuo arrive at the farm a few miles from the city center. Here the delightful Moroccan cook, Ilhame and a french Chef, Michel, will teach you all you need to know. The main meal in her cookery program changes according to the day of the week, but they will introduce you to an array of aromas and equipment, such as the conical pots that are used to prepare traditional tagines. The easy-to-follow course, on specially prepared and individual workstations, will be fun and educational. After you have prepared your meal, including breads, salads and desserts, it is time to enjoy the results on the terrace, set among olive, lemon and orange groves.
