Description

Discover the Ourika Valley on a guided tour from Marrakech. Soak up views of the valley’s landscape, learn about local life and culture, visit a pottery house, take a camel ride, and dine on a tasty lunch. The day begins with pickup from the meeting point in Marrakech and heads towards the High Atlas. Along the way, soak up spectacular views of the scenery before stopping at a traditional family home. Meet the residents and get a sense of local life and culture while enjoying freshly prepared mint tea. Next, enjoy a relaxing 30-minute camel ride through the Ourika Gardens and admire the impressive landscape that surrounds you. After your ride, visit a pottery house to meet local potters and learn about this beautiful craft. Arrive at the top of the valley and take a stroll to a scenic waterfall where you have the opportunity to see wild monkeys. Once you’ve worked up a bit of an appetite, head back down to the main center and have lunch at a small restaurant on the riverside. At the end of an unforgettable adventure, begin the return journey to Marrakech, arriving at around 4:00 PM.
