My husband and I bought the Royal, which is their top of the line package. The hammam experiences left us in the room for along time. Was told ten minutes. We expected since we’ve done this before to receive a great scrubbing down. Did not. Massages were OK. Facial was just a massage. For the price point look somewhere else.
Fatiha & Senna are the best. We had a great great time being treated in a great way. We had a wonderful peaceful treatment and at the beginning and end a nice cup of tea!
Ismail was a great host, he made sure we had the best service for both massage and hammam. We were a group of 4 and ended up going twice for both. The massage also felt quite professional. Overall we had a great time and felt relaxed.
This a spa Moroccon style. They take credit card which is important for us while traveling. Did hammam & massage. The host is Jamil, very nice. The service is done by women for both female & male. The women don’t speak English so instructions needs to be given to host at the beginning. Very nice and hospitality was great.
