Impeccable waiter, but the bartender's reaction was completely out of line In a 4-star hotel, you expect the utmost professionalism when handling any situation. Unfortunately, my experience at the cocktail bar was ruined by how things were handled behind the counter. I ordered a Clover Club, which unfortunately had obvious technical issues in its preparation: it was completely unbalanced, with ice chips and leftover raspberry bits inside. I mentioned this to the waiter Mounir serving my table an exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful young man who handled the situation with great grace by offering me an alternative. The real issue came with the bill: the first drink, which I hadn't drunk and had sent back, was still charged. When I pointed out that I shouldn't have to pay for it, I could clearly hear the bartender raising his voice and arguing from behind the bar about my request. Even though I shouldn't have to pay for it, in the end, it was not removed from the final bill. If a customer sends back a drink due to a clear preparation error, this is simply not how it should be handled. A huge compliment to the waiter Mounir for his excellent service and great professionalism. It's a real shame about the bartender's attitude and the billing, which were completely out of place. As someone who works in hospitality, I deeply understand this industry, and this is simply not how guests should be treated—especially in a high-end sky bar.

I was denied entry yesterday because I was wearing shorts. Shorts have been completely normal here for years, yet there was no sign at the door and no notice on social media about any new rule. This was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially at a rooftop bar in Marrakech where temperatures reach 40°C. I don’t understand this sudden decision. My plans were ruined. Please communicate changes clearly in advance

The best gray wine I’ve ever had, I loved it so much I ended up ordering the whole bottle. This hidden gem really surprised me, with beautiful views over the city. The food was delicious, the shisha had a great flavor, and I went on a DJ night, so the music made you want to dance and just enjoy the moment. I really liked the décor, the place was clean, and everyone was respectful throughout. The service was a 10/10.
