Riad Janate is a beautiful riad and looks exactly like the pictures. Our room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly and attentive. They regularly asked how we were doing and how our day had been, explained everything to us, and were always available to answer our questions. They were also very flexible and helpful with any requests we had regarding breakfast, the spa, or anything else. We always felt safe and well taken care of. A big thank you to Omoyma, Mohamed, Abdelhadi and Abderrahman, as well as Saida from the wellness area, for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend Riad Janate
The riad itself is so beautiful. The staff here are very lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Very peaceful atmosphere Close to the market Spa and hammam is wonderful. Fatima has magic hands, I felt very relaxed and comfortable and slept like a baby after my spa. hassan, abdhulla and abdhelhadi were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay through and through.
I had an amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, polite, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality was outstanding and made our experience even more special. The breakfast was fresh every morning and clearly prepared with care and love. It was delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated in an authentic Moroccan style. The attention to detail throughout the riad created a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. If you’re looking for authentic Moroccan charm, exceptional cleanliness, and some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, this is the perfect place to stay. I would definitely come back!
Choosing this riad in Marrakech was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and exceptionally well looked after. A special mention goes to Mouad, the manager, whose dedication and commitment were truly remarkable. Despite having a fractured leg, he never let it affect the outstanding service he provided. He was always attentive, helpful, and greeted us with a warm smile every day. His determination, professionalism, and positive attitude made our stay even more memorable. A huge thank you and big salute to Mouad for going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
We were fortunate to spend our first night in Morocco here, and it was an absolute pleasure. It’s clearly a very popular place to stay—often fully booked—and it’s easy to see why. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Muad, who looked after us with exceptional attentiveness. We were greeted with mint tea by the pool, which set the tone perfectly. Despite requesting a late-night hammam treatment at the last minute, he kindly arranged it for us, and the spa team were wonderful—we enjoyed some of the best massages of our trip (Souad was my favourite). What really stood out was his genuine focus on guest care over anything else. As this was a birthday trip for our sister, he handled everything with great discretion and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection available on request, and he even made sure our two-year-old—who slept past the usual serving time—had a dedicated breakfast prepared. His hospitality made us feel less like customers and more like family. He also kindly stored our suitcase after checkout so we could explore the medina without worry. The riad itself is stunning, and the rooftop is a perfect place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit—if we’re lucky enough to find availability!
