We had booked a flight + hotel package through Lastminute.com. When we arrived, we were told that they had no record of our reservation and that they no longer work with Lastminute.com, only with Booking.com. This was extremely disappointing, especially as we were tired and it was already 11 p.m. They offered us a room, but at an additional cost of €50 for the night. I do not understand how they can still appear as available on Lastminute.com if they no longer work with them. This could be very confusing and stressful for other travellers who book through Lastminute.com. Please be very careful when booking.
